I like the arrangement.
Can you please let us know if the picture is digitally manipulated?
I am trying hard to understand the lighting and its arrangement. His face looks much brighter than his hands, despite waring a hat.. I suspect that the main light came from the left. Normally smoke patterns can appear when they are light from the back. How could a triflector light his face and not his hands by the same way? Was the right reflector panel down?

Hi pablo,yes indeed,the main light is from camera left with the triflector above the level of his hands with the right side down,therefore just lighting his face.A bit of a squeeze to get into the gap with the camera though
Took several attempts before I got the light in the right place.No light at the back for the smoke,just the one at the side,guess I got lucky with the smoke.
Levels adjusted & a drop of contrast added,that's all.
