I graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2009 after spending five years in the beautiful coastal town studying for an undergraduate Masters degree in Chemistry. However, I then decided not to give up being a student and studied law in Manchester whilst living back at home in the Pennines on the very edge of Yorkshire, Lancashire and the Peak District.

I moved down to Surrey/Greater London in 2011 and currently work as a lawyer with a Kent/Sussex based firm. I'm enjoying exploring the delights that the South East has to offer to my photography!

Since I bought my first digital camera (Canon Powershot A75) in 2004, my interest in photography really began and it has quickly become a passion. I now have a Canon 50D, 350D and a variety of lenses, including wide angle, telephoto and macro, mostly used to take landscapes or wildlife as I love being outdoors with my camera.

Thankyou for any comments or suggestions on my photos, they are much appreciated! I've learnt so much from this site over the last five years (just look back at my first page of uploads!) and really want to thank all the members who have given me the inspiration and aspiration to become a better photographer...including my mum!
