Wave Break At Shore Point

By chensuriashi
This was taken just after dawn, Imaged and leveled a little the camera shot is number 2, and shot three is another big wave breaking on the rocks, had to dodge that one, or get a wet camera...and that could have been a disaster.
The main shot is a tripod shot at 1/15 sec and the large version is a great fit.
I had hope to shot much larger waves as there were reports of huge Combers rolling in, this was a large wave, but not like the Combers we used to get in SA, I used to watch the Dolphins surf in waves just like this all the time... just wish I had a camera then, as we used to live right on the beach for seven years out there, Hmmmm all good things must come to an end, and I hope to get a similar lifestyle again for my 50s... but may go to revisit SA next year, for a holiday. Thanks for looking at my patch again.

Chen.

All excellent images but I think I prefer the colour in #1.
