Clematis

By ChiliMan
Now then, people, the incidental dragonfly shots two uploads ago…remember how I was actually out to photograph some clemati at the time?

What? You don’t remember? After that riveting story I spun in my dragonfly upload?? SACrilege, dahlings…

-----

…and with that little drama out of the way, here’s one shot which survived and turned out okay.

Is the image too dark?

And please, hold your applause for my stellar titling once again. You’ll make me blush.

What a beautiful little flower. I do so prefer little hidden gems like this rather than the "hit you in the face" flower images. Just white against greens. Gorgeously simple.

Thanks, Ann Smile I darkened it to make the whites stand out but then it looked so dark in the thumbnail so I was like, "Hmm..."

Gorgeous Andrew.. The crisp flower stands out nicely against the dark b/g with the DOF nicely melting away.

I know, but I'm afraid the English language has got it wrong. Here are the correct versions for plurals:

clematis - clemati
rhino - rhini
moose - meese
