Isn’t Nature Amazing??

By ChiliMan
Today’s the day, people…Harry’s arrived Smile

I am over…the…moon.

V2 is just him. Look how beautiful he is!! And those long furry front legs Grin

V3 is him still clinging to his cocoon’s home.
V4 is him still clinging but a better shot of him.

Alrighty…I’m gonna upload and run ‘cos my eyes are demanding sleep big time. It’s tiring being a new parent to a powdery and slightly furry creature. Who knew, eh?

Will catch up with your pics and PMs very soon.

By the way, I love the comments on yesterday’s pic GrinGrin

More pics of Harry to come…

Nature is amazing. I looked after a caterpillar as a child of 12 and saw it change into a cocoon and then one morning at 3am it emerged into a Oleander Moth then later in the morning I released it and the cat next door caught it and ate it. I was so upset.
A wonderful set of nature unfolding...very well captured

Congratulations, daddy SmileSmileSmile. Such a shame a beautiful baby didn't turn into something more stunning, but what a wonderful experience for you to be able to photograph it from start to finish, Andrew. A fine set of images. Carol
