Saturday Shadows

By ChiliMan
Slipping this in just in time for Saturday Shadows Smile

When I found this shadow I couldn't decide how to compose the shot. Then I remembered Ken's (franken's) diagonals...and went with that Smile

As I walked away and reviewed the shot I noticed my shadow on the ground. Still walking, I flipped the cam to shooting mode and *click*. I'm looking quite pear-shaped there. Hmmm.

Both shots are uncropped and I intentionally left in the partial manhole cover type things in V2 Grin

Good Shadow Shots. Had a problem opening them. But seen the total of V1 and the top half of a couple of others.

I think it's 'cos I just uploaded them. I've had the same problem before, actually.

I see them just fine. I think sometimes there's so much advert stuff on this site that things load slowly. I do OK on my desktop, but on my laptop it's close to impossible to load the site properly.

Always go with the diagonals - they work here.

Now I'm going with v3, the reason being that the red vertical lines lead the eye down the bike to the wheel and that super shadow of the pedal framed within it. I hardly noticed that particular shadow in v1 though its an excellent mono. SmileSmile
