Many years ago I remember tables in old buses and underground, writing: "prohibited spitting" and, as I was a child, I was curious who would do this... Oh Isabel, you remembered to me my childhood, I could not imagine that today there would be such a sign! Original and nice!

Sound advice, Isabel. The sign says it all visually "Do not spit otherwise your head will become dislocated from your shoulders".

Never seen this sign before whats the other language on the sign must be directed at them. Unless its football hooligans and I cant ever see them policing it what with cutting down on policemen etc .....

London, then the sign should be in the English language only. and if the foreigners cant read it they should learn the language. Spitting is the most disgusting habit there is I think. Well spotted Isabel
