The lead image is of the Hylocereus cactus fruit......quite fashionable to grow & eat them here in Malaysia (though I personally have not tried).

Lovely and very tasty looking set Isabel. The figs especially. I do like them a lot.
Used to get dates, fresh from the tree, when we were in Egypt. They were gorgeous as well.
