Interesting post seemingly taken in harsh light, a good shot and if you were able to correct the verticals even better - you could try downloading Shiftn it's a freebie and easy to use especially if you choose the automatic straighten, it is very effective, I use it myself sometimes
actually V2 is the better of the two for straight verticals

I don't think there's any need for perspective correction, this just needs to be rotated about 1.5° anti-clockwise - it's not level, that's the only problem. Pretty well any software will enable you to straighten.
The key thing to remember is that in the absence of an obvious horizontal (such as a sea horizon), aim for the vertical nearest to the centre of the frame to be true.
