Colour is good for the Soul... The World would be a sad place without it in my view... So, get more colour in your life!
It can benefit you in so many different ways. Each of our chakras has a corresponding colour to it.
Incorporating more colour around you can help you heal a specific chakra. Therefore you can achieve proper wellbeing, whilst also balancing your inner harmony, by simply integrating specific colours into your life. Colour has also been known to improve creativity and ease tension. Here are some sugestions:
Paint your walls vibrant colours. Eat brightly skinned organic fruits and vegetables. Decorate your home with items in complementing colour contrasts. Coloured light bulbs are great alternative to boring yellow light. Dress in shades of colour that rule the day. Be vigilant about the colours around you, such as green grass and the blue sky...
Not many people know about colour therapy... it's also called chromotherapy. Simply put, it is a holistic healing modality that incorporates different colours in your life to positively alter our emotions, moods and overall wellbeing.
Colour, which is a type of visible light, also contains electromagnetic energy. Every colour seen in the rainbow contains its own special healing property. So let's feel less blue and paint the town red!
