A creative angle, a strong subject, lots of interesting lines, but shame about the bleached-out sky.

Maybe crop it out entirely, so it becomes more abstract?

Or make the dull sky less of an issue by going for a different orientation, like I've done? Just my 2p and a 2 second Photoshop tweak lol

Good angle but badly burnt out at the top. Classic example of expose for the highlights, then correct the shadows. The 7D has a superb metering system but was sure, as any other camera, to over expose the sky and building top here if you didn't intervene.

As has been said, the viewpoint is great.
As for the sky, my first thought was to go the same route as Frank and import one from somewhere else but I reconsidered and decided to go the other way and remove what little detail is left in the original.
I've burned it out completely using levels, then darkened what was left, again in levels, added contrast and deliberately over-sharpened it.
