GPOTY at Kew

By chrissd
Went to the GPOTY luncheon today, where the winners were announced, my goodness they won a shed load of money, unfortunately I didnt but had a lovely time and a great lunch and received a free copy of the book. Am totally made up with that especially as my image is published inside Smile
Am also so pleased because the flyer advertising the next GPOTY competiton has my image on the flyer
Looking at the quality of images on offer was daunting, but nothing that flower photographers on Ephotozine cant aspire to
The book is on general sale now and shows all images from the winners and commended and is well worth looking at just for inspiration on flower and garden photography
Next year it would be nice if we can have a few people from Ephotozine and show we can give these international photographers a run for there money SmileSmile
this image is of a Calochortus Venestus, what a lovely place Kew is

How exciting to have your work included...I'm not surprised at allSmile I would love to see Kew...the penultimate garden experience.
Knowing how difficult it is to shoot on site, this is so well taken.
