An impressive North Eastern coastal landscape, very well observed, composed, exposed and captured. Whist at the same time your choice of processing suits the image well Christine...

V1 - A beautiful scenic, superbly captured. I am well drawn to V2, Christine, love the composition and the well-detailed rocks, this has to be my favourite from your two superb shots SmileSmile

Two excellent landscapes Christine and I presume you mean HDR if processed by Photomatix
in which case excellent as they look natural.
The detail in the f/g stones is amazing.
I don't have Photomatix anymore - had it on a previous computer - does it perform other tasks apart from
blending several exposures?

A lovely view and processing on v1, Christine, but those rocks and foreground detail make v2 a winner. Nobody has mentioned that little sliver top left (v2) which you missed on cropping Wink

Both superbly composed and think your processing is excellent. Vote each from me.

Yes! and what a fine view, but what I like best is v2--and all that serious detail on those rocks!!!

I could sit there for hours taking in that view, and I do like V 2 with these unusual boulders as a f/g feature.

Rayme has brought me up to date with uses of Photomatix Christine - so I now realise that is not only for HDR.
It certainly worked with your images especially V2.

Two excellent and well processed images
