Glamorgan Heritage Coastline

Hello friends,

8th August I visited Southerndown. Beautiful place and popular.

I walked up the road and went through the walled garden, after exiting the other side, I came across this view - fantastic!

Using my tripod, the details are :-

Well done for getting this picture Frank. It looks like you might have been on the edge of the cliff!

If I might make a suggestion - if you apply a bit of contrast using 'curves' in Photoshop, I believe it will bring out much more strength in this image.

thank you very much for your advice.

Yes, I was with my tripod on the cliff side across a small wall! It's ok, my wife was supervising.

You can see I'm no photoshop expert. I'll try curves one day.

With this image, I can't remember if I used A-Dep mode. I did on other images and also using my 100-400 'L' zoom.
