A photo from the lake district, not really anything special but i really need some tips on landscape photography so if anyone has anything good, i love to hear it
I really like this image! The stone wall + flowers in the foreground, the fence leading diagonally across the frame with the hills in the background, all this makes a wonderful scene. Very well seen and caught!
Great shot !!!....good strong composition, with nice F/G, & rich colours !!!
Two thoughts...a) the F/G wall is pin-sharp, but the B/g hills are a bit 'soft'.....your aperture needs to be down at f11 or f16 to get everything sharp...& try & focus (in this shot) on the fence
for maximum DoF & sharpness..............unless your intention was to keep the wall sharp & soft hills, then I'll shut-up !!.
b) that LH fence would make for a very strong lead-in to the image....so perhaps a couple of paces to the left would have made the fence more prominent ??....though it's
difficult to be sure without seeing what obstacles were there ??
A darned good effort though....& one to be proud of !!!!!!!.
Now where did you get that idea for a shot from I wonder...
