It would have been interesting for more info into the taking of these images rather than just being ' lucky'.

Schedule 1 on the protected birds list, not to be disturbed by photographers etc, especially juveniles or nests.
Have you got a licence/permit would cover you against prosecution.?

Somehow I doubt that this magnificent bird of prey was substantially harmed or even disturbed from having its picture taken. It therefore remains a well crafted photo of a beautiful bird taken in the public domain, at least where I come from.

As Brian states above, these are schedule 1 birds and are not suppose to be disturbed by anyone especially with youngsters
