I haven’t been on epz for about 10 days....we are in the grip of Winter plus living in lockdown again my mind has wandered from photography
Having to pull photos from the archives. Here is a cute little quokka eating a leaf. They are small little macropods about the size of a domestic cat. Like other marsupials they are herbivorous and mainly nocturnal.
They are the only mammal which is native to Rottnest island off Western Australia
