Southsea Blues

By marktc
Good morning all

Well for the first time in what feels a very log time I managed to get out to do a dedicated shoot, rather than just grab shots. Between a busy work load and trying to devote more time to family life, the camera hasn't been out much and I've had virtually no time to be on here.

This is Southsea this morning just as the sun was rising over the horizon to the left of the picture, a favourite location of mine, giving me a chance to get my eye and hand back in.

Thanks for looking, have a great Sunday.

Those beautiful blue silk strands floating in the breeze are a sight to behold. The colours are vibrant and beautiful, the composition is very relaxed and professionally considered. I really think taking time out has done you a favour, because this image is definitely not forced, it oozes comfort and enjoyment............... It's a cracker!!!!

The LE freezes the water and moves the clouds, Mark. Lovely rich blue tones with a hint of purple.
