Good morning, thank you yet again for your wonderful response to my the last of my Wildlife images. Also a big Thank you to Kathrynlouise, Caziwinkles ,Brian17302 and Jukka (Kuvailija) for their UA's.
Today I share my humble offerings of some of the bird life we see in the Bush. My lead image was taken on our trip in January this year with my old camera. I need an ID please if someone can help. I will also upload a close up of this bird. We must have seen over 60 different bird species on this last trip, unfortunately only managed to capture a few which I have uploaded today as looking for animals took preference. I managed to get a few vultures in flight, my first attempts at bif images. They were circling above the dead giraffe waiting for the lioness to move away. I also managed to get a pic of a vulture sitting on eggs high up in a tree. Sorry there are so many images.
Have a great day, almost FridayGrinGrin

A fabulous set Colleen. I think the bird of prey may be a tawny eagle, I am however no expert.

A fine set, Colleen, v10 is a very well captured bif. A Bateleur eagle is the nearest I can find to your v1 but it is difficult to see the wing markings to be sure.

An amazing set of wildlife images with V18 the winner today.
V5 also is priceless, V9 and V17 are photographically pleasing for me
and your birds in flight are excellent .
Each one beautifully presented.
Top work.

You are spoiling us with all these terrific images Colleen but wow, I really am enjoying the experience. V7 pops out for me today with excellent detail and colour but the gathering of the vultures in V17 brings home the reality of bush life.
Wonderful, wonderful, them all Colleen !!! Vs 5, 7 and 18 are my personal faves..especially 18.... I think that one is a crowd favourite !! GrinGrin

Its been a thrill seeing all your animals and birds over the last little while... GrinGrin

I hope to be going to the zoo next week and might have some captures of my own, but unfortunately not from their natural habitats..Grin

We've been spoiled for choice with this fantastic selection. A long lens would have come in handy to snap some of those smaller and more faraway birds
