Firstly an apology for not managing the daily blog yesterday, time and work pressures simply did not allow for it ....

Had a shoot this am the first in a wee while. It all went well and the client left clutching her cd and full of thanks, the headshots she asked for I felt happy with and had little editing to do on them, many reasons for this as say compared to my previous efforts... Learning more and more with the lights and from other togs and their kindness in sharing info and indeed set up.

Plan to be down to the White Cliffs tomorrow for an hour try for a few shots as the snow flurries as I write this at eleven pm tonight. Not managed many snow images as not a great deal in the immediate Folkestone area, and again work and time constraints have not allowed to travel outwith the immediate locale.

The market on it's New Year break starts again next Sunday the 10th, am looking forward to it immensely and sorry that we had a two week break, the continuity of such things seems to me to be a key to gaining regulars visiting the market... However the situation of the market means we do seem to get the winter tourists from one of the large very local to us hotels.... Naturally we try to cater to the tastes and provide a few images in all formats of the harbour and the immediate area and we include the hotel in them too.... Next week it will be my first day on my own as Mari is working this time and hopefully I will manage to sort things out as well as she has managed to do the past few times Smile

Till next time
