There are several things I find irresistible, photographically speaking, and one of them is a 'good' cloud. When I see an interesting one, I try to find a nice view to go beneath it, and I just have to take a picture.

Going through my portfolio, you can find several examples that I found worthy enough to be uploaded to the Gallery. And sometimes I'll take a picture that I think is nice, but that doesn´t make it to the Gallery. And then it's nice that this is a photo blog, because not only can I not resist taking the picture, but I also can't resist sharing it.

So here it is: Cloud above Spinnaker. Grab shot, taken with my iPhone while hurrying to the ferry.

Well you certainly found a nice view with this one Smile

I assume the ferry is the one back to Portsmouth form Gosport ?

I made the mistake of driving round to Gosport for this viewpoint , long way, traffic jams etc. when it would have been easier & quicker just to pop across on the ferry ! !

Thanks. Smile

Yep, that's the ferry I was about to catch. Indeed a handy one, it's something like 14 miles to drive around, I think, and you certainly don't want to do that in the rush hour. Better to spend a few pounds on the ferry instead of on petrol!
