30 Apr 2013 12:36PM Views : 795 Unique : 515I just realised it's exactly one year ago today I took my dearest canine friend Ashley for her last swim. Hard to believe that her heart and kidneys were already failing and that she had very little time left to live.
Nothing spectacular about this portrait, photographically speaking, but this was taken on my iPhone the day before Queen's Day, the day of her last swim, so it's a nice memory.

I know, time flies, sometimes I don't know where it's gone. And you're right, photos mean so much to me, they make wonderful memories. That's how I started in photography, wanting to preserve memories of events, people and places. And it grew from there.
And since Ashley was my favourite model, I have a lot of wonderful memories of her.
