Quite a few iPhone photography apps make you wonder if you should take them seriously, but Percolator is clearly meant to be just a bit of fun. It creates either bubble mosaics from your photos, or star-filled pictures.

The bubbles supposedly come from boiling water to fill the percolator, and the choice of bean crush determines how fine or crude the mosaic becomes. There are other choices as well, like overlay or not, toning options, etc., so you can play around quite a bit.

But it is all just a bit of fun. Paid fun, I have to add, but for the price of a greeting card it's affordable fun.
