Spotted in Cadiz: two cruise passengers just off the ship, more interested in their phones than in the local sights - and there were quite a few sights to see.

You could think that, and your point about smartphone cameras is taken, but I talked to them and they said they were reading and sending texts and e-mails (which is cheaper through an internet provider on land than on the ship).
