'Lady in Red'

By briantjjones
Slaggan Beach in the Scottish Islands, even a a 'driech' day the colour of the rocks and sand make it such a beautiful place. My wife and our wee dog Jaz are the only people of the beach. It was well the 3 mile walk to get there. I wanted to cature those rich colours in the rocks and seaweed.

Thanks to all who have voted and commented on my Scottish Highlands images. Hope they portray how beautiful and wild this part of Scotland is and well worth a visit if you have the opportunity.

Kind Regards, Brian J.

A beautiful vista so very well observed and captured, the inclusion of the lone figure adding further interest...

What a marvel, having all that to yourselves: it would be difficult to appreciate scale without your wife being included in shot, and it is either good luck or good planning that she was wearing a red jacket.
