Surfers at sunrise

By Cookie_Monster
Happy Shady Saturday!

Haven't been around for the last few weeks, so no votes or comments from me - sorry about that.

Returned from holidays, and am almost recovered from jet lag - so let's post some images again!

First offering is from my very first sunrise shoot - courtesy to the jet lag, otherwise I don't think I would have managed.
The image is taken at a small, beautiful beach park on The Big Island, north of Hilo, called Honoli'i. There, the surfers are out and about with the first light and by the time I got there, there must have been about 10-15 in the water already. It was a wonderful start to the day. Grin

Enjoy!

How far is Hawaii from where you live

6 hours time difference and about 12 hours flying
Wanted to visit Hawaii since I was a little girl - so this was a dream come true. Grin

No wonder you were jet lagged. It's like us going to Australia. 14 hours flying and 8 hours difference. Hawaii is on my "To see" list as well.
More images please.
