Not London Bridge

A wonderful Thursday to you all.

Thank you so much for all your comments on both British Museum images (and the votes of course!).

Moving on to my evening walks along the Thames, starting with the majestic Tower Bridge. It always make me chuckle when tourists think this is London Bridge. Legend has it that the town in Arizona, US which bought the original London Bridge (or at least the 19th century version) thinking THIS is what they are getting. Grin

It is a London Bridge, but clearly it is Tower Bridge. I've attempted to photograph this bridge myself but clearly you have done a much better job. The wet road surface is producing some attractive reflections and the time of day has been very well chosen (black skies do nothing for me I'm afraid).
