I thought I'd let a few of you see what I look like for a change, so this is me a couple of months ago at Nairobi's Animal Oprhanage in Kenya. I was lucky enough to pay a keeper there a little extra and he let me interact with my favourite animal - the cheetah! I was in with 2 fully grown females, who had been orphans since a very young age and were used to humans through keeper interaction.

I also got the chance to interact with a lioness, a lion cub and a 5 week old cheetah cub called Jess. Kenya is like a second home for me, a magical place! I urge anyone who hasn't been to go and experience it's captivating magic!

The photo isnt great I know, but thats not why I posted it. It was taken with my compact and not my SLR, as I wanted to make it as easy as possible for the young keeper to take the picture.
