This is a light trails shot, taken from over a bridge on the M25. I used a shutterspeed of 30seconds on this shot, and an aperture of f18, to make those light trails sharper/more defined. It was more difficult than expected, because the traffic wasn't flowing, and it was hard to get the shot to look symmetrical. I tried portrait, but it didn't quite work. I liked this shot in particular, because it was symmetrical, and it included the yellow indicator smudges on the far left.
I processed it, and used a tool in Aperture, to change the colours. I played about with it, and decided to go with this green, for a change. It suggests cleaner fuels and environmentally friendly cars to me. What do you think? Comments appreciated.
