That would make a nice little weekend cottage, a bit small but don't mind roughing it now and then.

Nicely composed shot, though a shame about the burnt out sky. Good old British weather, I don't miss it at all!

Beautifully composed image. Don't you have a nice bit of sky in your files somewhere that you could Photoshop in; then it would be fabulous.

Beautiful image, I personally think it would look better without the frame, because the burnt sky bit seems to connect to the frame and I find it distracting. Just me being picky -sorry...

shame about the sky but a good image otherwise

Looking at the shape of the sky against the building it would be fairly simple to add a new one. Not that I'd be able to. Really like the composition of this image.

Cracking shot. You really dd find a good viewpoint and made the best of the days conditions.Personally I would add a different sky but I can appreciate that you may not want to.

Love the foreground, it really adds to the classic angle of a classic house. My first thought was 'where's the sky?' but actually, too much more detail there would have been distracting, maybe. Great shot, though! (must wander over myself sometime, never taken the camera, though I've been there so often...)

Lovely little country retreat, well captured. I would have been tempted to substitute the sky, but I am an inveterate tinkerer!
