lyme park cheshire

By craggwildlifephotography
Had a morning out at Lyme park a couple of months agp hopefully to try out newly purchased lens sigma 150-500 is. Unfortunately most of the deer where a considerable distance way from the paths even for the new lens. Managed this shot ,waited ages for it to turn around with no such luck. Hope u like it and thanks for votes and looking yesterday.....David

Well captured, shame it didn't turn round, a simple clap of the hands or whistle normally gets them to do this with Park Deer. A little oversaturated on the colours though as the Fallow looks very red

I really like this, the typical view most of us see when wanting to photograph Deer.

This works - in a beautifully contrary sort of way. I like it (though he's right, it is a bit red...) Nice one, anyway.
I've been there loads of times and never even seen a deer this close (might be something to do with being accompanied by noisy children...)
