Sorry but to me it still looks over exposed, and by the looks you shot straight into the sun which dont help.

HOW MANY SHOTS DID YOU USE, AND WHAT SOFTWARE ARE YOU USING

Gerry i used 3 shots, the original, a lighter version and a darker version. I am using trial software as not want spend any money at this stage, software is HDR Photostudio 2

Well, it is much better than my first ever HDR, well done, I use photomatix too, see my portfolio, if you needed any tips, I'll be glad to assist, I could HDR your image too and send you the details and values of saturation, temperature, luminosity and etc.
