Misty tree

note: I don't have any image editing software on my PC, nor can i afford photoshop, so any suggestions of good editing software appreciated. As it stands, all my photos come as they were taken.

Great pic. My only comment would be to use photoshop to get rid to the background clutter to the left of the tree and to possibly try and darken the tree to make it more "moody". Perhaps black and white might suit it with the possible addition of a bit of grain (ala Ilford HP5)

Hi Phil, welcome to EPZ, hope you stick around and enjoy, it's a great place.

This is a nice and simplistic shot, simple strong composition. I'd be tempted just to lighten it a tiny bit and increase saturation just to pul out a bit of colour from the grass. but that's just a small point, nice work
