That is an amazing image, Nathan, and a wonderful photo. Some serious graffiti writers up there. Philadelphia used to be covered with graffiti, and the came up with an interesting solution. Originally founded by an entity called the Anti-Graffiti Network, later morphed into the Mural Arts Program, the graffiti taggers were turned into artists, with the result now being that we have about 3000 murals in Philadelphia, and very little graffiti. everywhere you go in the city, you see murals, many of them quite wonderful.
