Very nice Cheryl. I have a similar one in my portfolio from a while back but mine is mainly orbage and yellow.

I really like the contrast of colours in your shot. It's inspired me to go and try it again.. Nicely done

Really like this. It's a great abstract and although you can't tell it's an Iris from the shape the colours do.

Excellent choic of DOF! It can sometimes be too tempting to stop down your lens just a little more, I'm glad you resisted!

Thanks everyone, to Fred, you can buy this via my website (just kidding, I mean you can but I know what you were saying)

There really isn't any DOF as such in a shot like this. No one piece is truly sharp and yet no one piece is truly unsharp, if you know what I mean.

As I said I just wanted to concentrate on the colours. I think everyone would have guessed it was an Iris.
