no offence but it's a "She" only women wear those hats. It's quite funny watching western tourists wearing them(especially men), they simply look STUPID!

I bought one of those hats for my niece and carted it around tied to my backpack for months only she refuses to wear it for my amusement

Love this shot, thought it was Koens for a minuite, love the movement of the woman, excellent thought provoking shot with the balance of the scales outside the frame.

Fab photo. the sense of motion against the "still life" background, the great crop/composition. and the tinted b&w conversion looks indeed very good. rough, which helps here as it gives it a documentary feel, and very good.
