Interestingly I was here recently and took several shots of the Dock with a view of uploading them. I'm not sure about the capital of culture though - the city looked more like the Capital of Construction to me lol - Jeff

Thanks for such nice comments everyone. I agree Jeffa, the city is just one big construction site at the moment! I'm sure it will look amazing when everything is finally finished though
