Taken some weeks back now. A Canada Goose weighing up a narrowboat hoping for some scraps of bacon or bread to be thrown out for it, but totally unaware the boat is moored up there for sale and is unoccupied!! Image taken with a Samsung smartphone but edited in CS6 and Colour Efex.

Jenn.when boaters are out on their narrowboats the likes of swans will tap their beaks on windows of narrownosts when they smell cooking. It's their way of saying they want some of the grub. David

The river runs close by me, I see loads of Narrow Boats at the little moorings there...and the Swans knocking on the windows !

Geese seem to be getting very tame now and also a lot bolder. Good capture of one looking to be fed.
Great composition hope breakfast was ready
