They are not common here - and though they are so quick with their wings you managed to capture some detail there as well. Well done!

The only birds that were in my garden this morning had webbed feet... Superb image, great colours superb detail, simply beautiful.

I love these little birds. Very difficult to capture them, so you have done very well. The last one in saw was hovering in my cousins Garden in Arizona, I was amazed how tiny they are. Love the light coming through the wings

Have just had a quick scan down your Page 1 and good to see you're still doing such great work Sandy. Sorry to have missed seeing and commenting on so many, but glad to say how much I like this one. We've had our hummingbird feeder up for the past few days, but no sign of any yet, though did hear on the radio this morning they've been spotted not far south of us, so here's hoping!
