Another from my early morning shananagans at Derwent Valley & Ladybower. Sun was just up at this time, but over the hill so the colours were still very soft.

Nicely composed. Like the sky and how it's not over saturated. Somehow, the rest seems a tad flat, probably due to the light that morning. Big version is much better also.

beautifully done - lighting, soft colours and composition are all great

can i borrow your lucky BP beany and wear it to see if i can wake up that early myself and get some good shots - i woke naturally at 12.30pm today - bit late to get any good sunrise images Grin

Ace composition, the inclusion of the sign is bold, and may not be to everyone's liking, but works for me.

This is a very high quality shot and a good composition. Throw in a lighthouse, and on this website you've got a big winner! But I like the dam.

This looks much better in the larger version. I like the inclusion of the sign, it works well for me.

Would love to, but it's the last game of a miserable season at Elland Road that day! I've paid stupid money for the season ticket so I'm gonna get my use out of it!
