Excellent shot (a bit more brightness might have helped it a bit?).

Has to be seen in large format to really appreciate - the detail of the bridge comes out really well. Perhaps just a tweak in curves if you have PS would brighten it a bit or (here I go, I don't really know what I'm talking about - just learning) a higher ISO at sunset? Still very effective and well done!

Beautiful. Wouldn't brighted it too much. Perhaps a run through with a noise reduction program. Great as it is.

Thanks so much, didn't think I'd get this much feedback!

My 'tiff' version doesn't have the noise, i seem to get that now I'm using photoshop CS to make my Jpegs. I'm interested in thsi RAW processing software if anyone knows which is the best I'd appreciate it.
thanks all

Very good compostion, but needs much more shadow detail.

In CS2 theres a great Shadow/Highlight tool, - try it on this pic, it will work wonders.

Theres also a noise filter undet the filter drop down.

Love the perspective and the shadows on the bottom of the bridge.

Wonder it would look like in black and white? Wink

I have been across on my bike, but have never stopped for a pic, might just cast a legover and zoom off for a couple of shots of this great bridge.Nice shot converging lines draw the eye and emphasise the sheer length of this bridge.
Cheers Mick Keep on shooting.

i definitely tend to prefer the portrait format rather than the landscape format and an amazing photograph like this proves why

i'm not quite sure why there has been question over the brightness of this image because in its present state i think it makes for a truely wonderful image - the composition is very pleasing to the eye and i could definitely see this looking great as a big poster

keep up the great work
