The Humber

By damianlinley
Another one from my shots at the Humber Bridge. This one had more of the river included, but I've cropped this more aggressively at the sides. Commenst/critique appreciated as usual, would be interesting to know how it fairs against my others, personally, I'd have this one out of all 3 on my wall, If i had to choose one!
Thanks all..

really must get me ass in gear and go see this thing!

been meaning to for ages.

A classic view, think the first one I saw was Kieth henson's last year and he got an EC for it - this is on par in my eyes,

like the subtle side light showig the texture on teh right of the shot and highoighting the wing-like profile of these new bridges.

class effort.

Didn't realise you were in Morley! I live up by Bruntcliffe School in Morley. Often head off on little photo adventures, if you're up for that kind of thing on a weekend (not tooo much walking...) then should get in touch.

Cheers

Really strong. I rotated the screen image on a widescreen laptop to see it in one go, and it was stunning.

Lovely shot, a popular viewpoint. There are a few on here, including mine. Have to go down and get it whilst it lit up.
