Looks a lot like Glasgow some time back, then we got the trolley buses, which had rubber tyres and killed lots of people who didn't hear them.

I recall watching these steamrollers as a kid Danny,
flattening the tar on the roads.
No good for that nowadays with all these speed bumps now !!

A timeless classic Danny, such wonderful sepia toning, this image looks really old and authentic and could have been taken back in the day
