I am not really 'into' sport - but your image caught my eye immediately - you have captured this moment so very well.

Not my idea of fun, esp. at my age and in that weather: but what a cracking sports action capture, Danny: looks like No. 4 might just make it.

Would work well as a spot the ball (competition I remember from years ago! Was it News of the World) but fantastic capture with the weather doing its thing - my hubs used to play footie and come home in such a mess I echo Moira's words ref the wives and washingWink he never used to play Rugby thank god!

Another excellently timed sports image Danny - and no, we should not have to put away our cameras because of a little rain. That's why I bought the new Olympus EM-5 - in Bergen it rains so much it is a must to have a camera that can take some water poured on it Smile

Sometimes the weather just gets too much to take. I've seen cameras being emptied back in the days of film, digital must be a nightmare for the guys out every weekend.

A terrific action shot taken in adverse weather conditions. Is this Newcastle falcons vs Bristol rugby by any chance?
