B+W 10 Stop ND (about 7 IR stops) & Polariser to get the slow shutter speed.

The slowest shutter speed I could get was 30 seconds due the brightness of the daylight. I realised if you use the 'multiple exposure' with 'autogain' on then you can merge as many 30 second exposures as you want - this image is about a 2 minute exposure (Four 30 second es (contrary to the EXIF data).
