Using photoshop, I created a sepia background and turned the eyes from dark brown to blue. Let me know what you think! Any and all critique welcome. Thanks guys.

The busy background does rather detract from the picture, even though you've sepia toned it. The hair across the girl's face is a bit unfortunate.
