Guided by the lighthouse

A leisure cruising longboat on the Northampton arm of the Grand Union Canal. The structure in the background is infamous Northampton Lighthouse, so named by Terry Wogan on his breakfast radio show. Standing 418 ft high it was originally a lift testing tower. Now unused it is a grade 2 listed building. Google 'Nortrhampton Lighthouse' for loads more info.
