Around three years ago I developed a liking to spinning orbs with burning wire wool. I was starting to become quite good at it until personal circumstances intervened and I had to give up. Now things have began to get back to normality, spinning fire has now become a future project to pursue. This is an old image I took at Newbiggin but shows what can be achieved with an egg whisk and burning wirewool

... the weather has to play an important part in the planning stage, a calm night is required for a little symetry in the burn. A clear sky helps to add some blue tones. Warmer times will once again see me travelling to the shore, trying to achieve the "wow" factor.

Spent a couple of hours this morning experimenting with the splashart kit...... limited success. I've given up trying to get a decent collision using the small phial. The hole is only around 3/8" in diameter, I think it maybe on the small side!!.......
