Awake with the larks again this morning.
Had a look outside and things looked promising for a colourful sunrise. Decided to take the SX50, couldn't be bothered to hump the 5D and Manfrotto tripod to the lake. (it weighs a bloody ton when strapped to my back riding a bike)
Got there an hour before sunrise and as I was enjoying watching the morning flights of geese and swan arriving, the sky slowly but surely began to cloud over. Took a couple of pics before the cloud became to thick........
...... oh well, at least the lungs were glad of the fresh air.
I may have another experiment with the Splashart kit later. If I do, I may add Part 7 to this weeks blog a little later on in the day.
