...... the cast came off on Tuesday. It was nice to feel air around the lower leg.
As I suspected, it's painfull to walk but no doubt a course of physiotherapy will get things going. No idea when I'll start the treatment, maybe next week, (waiting for an appointment).......
...... in the meantime here's a close up of the inner ankle before getting into the bath ......

...... and a shot afterward, looks a lot better!

...... as a lot of you will know, I like dabbling with textures and I thought the close up shot I took before getting into the bath could be put to use......
What better way of using it than to give the pushbike a bit of distress, the bloody thing has caused me enough the past few weeks. .......

It'll not be long before I'm back riding it..... this time with a bit more care and attention!
